Monday

As of last night, I finished my last paper (homework) of the quarter!! Yeah! Now I have about a month's break from my own school work until my practicum begins in January. Ryan has been accepted into all of the programs that he hoped to at the University of Washington. He had to apply and be accepted to (in this order) 1) the university, 2) the business school there, and 3) the international business program. The international business program only selects a few (relative to the size of the school) students every year. According to the U.S. News & World Report for 2009, this program is ranked 9th in the nation. I am really excited for Ryan as he continues his education at UW in January.

I'm still sending out job applications and praying for something enjoyable and less stressful to open up. While Ryan and I are both still in school and I'm also working, things will probably continue to be crazy for awhile. I really want things to settle down. I just saw some pictures of a friend who went on a road trip with her husband to some beautiful places around the western U.S. I got really sad looking at the fun that she was having with her husband. I miss that and really want to have a freer time schedule so that Ryan and I can do fun things together again.

I have to remember that this is for a season, but then I start to worry about what the next season will hold! Thanks for any and all prayers for our move (job, time together, good place to live, etc.).
